What type of investors do you work with?

We work with real estate investors and small business owners of virtually all types. This includes single-family, multifamily, and commercial investors. We’ve worked with clients who are just getting started with or dozens of properties. We also work with wholesalers, flippers, real estate agents/brokers, and syndicates.

Do you focus on just real estate or can you help me personally and with my business?

While we do specialize and add the most value on the real estate side of things, we take your personal situation and businesses into account when determining the best strategies to minimize your tax liability.

It's not uncommon for our tax plan deliverable to include strategies for all three areas of your life.

What type of returns do you prepare?

We can prepare federal and state tax returns of virtually every type. Most common returns include:

- Individual returns: Form 1040
- Partnership returns: Form 1065
- S-Corp returns: Form 1120
- State returns across all 50 states.

When does advisory make sense for me?

If you've never received quality real estate tax planning or accounting advice, it can make sense regardless of where you are in your real estate journey. We've helped brand new investors just starting out, investors with a handful of properties, as well as investors with large portfolios and sprawling empires.

Do you offer Accounting or Bookkeeping services?

Yes, we do. At the moment the service is generally only available to our large investment portfolios and syndicates. Feel free to ask your Advisor about these services.

Can I meet with a member of the team?

Yes, all new clients meet with one of our Team Members for a Kick-Off Call to discuss the tax preparation process, expectations, and what information and documentation you'll need to prepare your returns.

Do you provide audit support?

We will always support our clients through an audit. Our plans include audit support as long as the plan is active (including renewals).

What is your email response policy?

Recognizing this is a major pain point of our clients, we have a 24-48 hour email response policy.

We've found that this policy has led to a better overall experience for our clients.

When working with a virtual firm, how do I know my data will be secure?

When transferring data to and from potential clients we use Google Suite, and for clients, we use proprietary software.

Google Suite platform meet SOC 2 compliance, a framework designed by the AICPA to safeguard the storage and transfer of customer data in the cloud.

SOC 2 reports are issued by independent third-party auditors covering the principles of Security, Availability, Confidentiality, and Privacy.
